Culverden Loft

The clients wanted to create a new master bedroom and en-suite shower room in the attic of this 1930’s semi-detached house.  The new bedroom has a pair of floor to ceiling rooflights that open to become a balcony, giving views of the garden and filling the room with natural light.  The attic conversion to provide this spacious new suite was achieved without dormer windows or re-roofing.
