Culverden

This interesting and spacious one-off house was built in the 1970’s for the director of a local contracting company.  The clients have updated and modernised the interior, while we improved the appearance and thermal performance of the house.  Western Red Cedar cladding and insulation was added to the timber framed part of the first floor.  New Scandinavian high performance windows replaced the original windows and new roofs complete the improvements to the external envelope.  The house now looks modern and has high quality low maintenance external finishes that will look good for many years.
